Within the Posture Program, no equipment is needed besides your body. However, within the program there is one optional, but highly recommended resistance training workout. This workout is designed to reinforce muscular development that is essential for maintaining and enhancing posture integrity. Access to basic gym equipment such as a workout bench, dumbbells and cables is needed.

Yes, the program includes a variety of videos, such as an introduction to the program and an exploration of posture to help you understand its importance. You’ll also have access to videos on proper desk setups, chair ergonomics, recovery techniques, and my top 5 postural tips for improving posture and overall well-being.

While no program is individualized, we believe that movement is essential for recovery, and gradual progression is key – especially within postural related pain. If you decide to purchase the program but find that your pain is too intense to continue, you will have lifetime access to the program, allowing you to work up to it at your own pace. We strongly recommend that you consult with a local or online physical therapist to get a personalized evaluation and guidance specific to your needs. Our applications for online physical therapy are currently open and you can apply online for support every step of the way!

When starting the program, you will select the desired days you want to perform the workouts/sessions to best fit your schedule. If you need to adjust a workout for a specific day or week, simply go to your scheduled workout dashboard for that day and select the three dots to move or delete the workout. You can also start, stop, pause, or reset the program at any time to fit your schedule and needs within the overview tab of your purchased program.

I went to see Dr. Jenny Brennecke to see if she could help. I have to say that she is a miracle worker. While I required several sessions with her initially, I was able to gradually scale back to occasional as needed visits.
