OUR

mission

Empowering Health and Wellness Through Personalized Care

At Revitalize Recovery, our mission is to redefine the physical therapy experience through personalized, one-on-one care that places each individual’s goals, lifestyle, and well-being at the center of treatment.

We believe that recovery, performance, injury prevention, and long-term health deserve time, attention, and a thoughtful approach tailored to the person—not just the diagnosis. Our team of physical therapists is committed to delivering comprehensive evaluations, hands-on care, education, and individualized treatment plans designed to help every patient move confidently and live actively.

By combining evidence-based physical therapy, movement expertise, and a passion for helping people stay healthy and active, we empower individuals to move better, feel stronger, recover fully, and continue doing what they love for years to come.

JENNy OCHOA, PT, DPt

Revitalize Recovery was founded by Dr. Jenny Ochoa, Doctor of Physical Therapy, former NCAA Division I swimmer, and lifelong advocate for movement, health, and performance.

After years of competing at a high level and experiencing the physical demands of athletics firsthand, Dr. Ochoa recognized the importance of individualized care that extends beyond treating injuries alone. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from New Mexico State University, became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and has spent more than eight years helping individuals improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

Driven by a passion for understanding the human body, she pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at California State University, Long Beach, graduating in 2021. Since then, she has dedicated her career to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through both in-person and online physical therapy, while creating accessible rehabilitation, mobility, and fitness programs for individuals around the world.

Revitalize Recovery was built on the belief that physical therapy should be personalized, educational, and empowering. By operating in an out-of-network model, our team is able to prioritize meaningful one-on-one care, focus on long-term outcomes, and help individuals move, recover, and perform at their highest potential—without the limitations often associated with traditional healthcare models.

DR.

SETH HAMPTON, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Seth Hampton specializes in treating strength and combat athletes, CrossFit, golfers, runners, and active individuals recover from injury and perform at a higher level.

Seth co-founded a physical therapy clinic where he spent five years helping athletes recover from injuries, improve performance, and return to training with confidence. His approach combines detailed diagnosis, targeted treatment, and strength-based rehabilitation to identify the root cause of pain rather than simply treating symptoms. His goal is to keep athletes training as much as possible while they recover. No “rest and hope for the best” strategies.

In addition to his clinical work, Seth serves as adjunct faculty for the Idaho State University and Tufts University Doctor of Physical Therapy programs. He has presented to healthcare professionals, sports teams, running groups, and fitness communities throughout the Treasure Valley.  He currently works with local law enforcement agencies, teaching strength training and human performance strategies to improve resilience and career longevity.

Outside the clinic, Seth trains for Hyrox and Spartan races and enjoys spending time with his wife, Lexi, and their daughters, Jade, Lily, and Zoey.

BEAU LOCKMER, PT, DPT, OCS, DN

Originally from Spokane, Washington, Beau earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, graduating cum laude from Pacific Lutheran University, where he competed as a collegiate wide receiver. He went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, also graduating cum laude, from Pacific University in 2021.

His expertise extends beyond golf, with a strong focus on sports rehabilitation, return-to-sport programming, ACL recovery, and injury prevention.
