Aesthetic goals

You want to grow your physical glute size by training all parts of the glutes equally.

Have already been training legs at least 2 X a week & looking for advanced glute program.

Proactive Health

Strengthen your weakest link! Majority of injuries to the lower back, hips and knees occur because of weak glutes.

You want to move freely and comfortably in everyday activities, not worried if your body can or cannot handle it.

Glute weakness

Have trouble activating your glutes during your workouts.

Are overly dominant in the quadriceps.

Experiencing pain secondary to glute weakness and poor mind muscle connection.

target components

  • glute strength & hypertrophy

Targeted resistance training that loads all 3 glute muscles—gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus—through proper progressive overload. This program features advanced compound barbell lifts designed to challenge full-body control, reinforce stability, and build functional strength from the ground up.

  • glute power

Strength meets speed. Recruiting Type 2 muscle fibers, glute power is the bridge between raw strength and athletic speed—demanding not just force, but precise timing and control. It’s one of the most overlooked elements in training, yet it’s essential for reactive movement, dynamic agility, and even fuller, more defined glutes.

  • glute endurance

The capacity to sustain glute activation over time without fatigue or compensation. Recruiting Type 1 muscle fibers, endurance of the glutes is critical for prolonged activities such as—maintaining posture, movement efficiency, and joint stability from start to finish.

FAQ

is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine. In manual therapy, practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction. This specialized form of treatment helps to reduce swelling, pain, soft tissue restrictions, mobilize joints, and restore motion and function. Consists of manual techniques such as manual traction, massage, mobilization/manipulation and lymphatic drainage.

For this program you will need access to a gym membership or common gym equipment. Barbells, Dumbbells, Cables, Resistance Bands (both long & loop). Specialty equipment: Smith Machine, Abduction Machine, Leg Press, Hyperextension Machine. Alternative exercises available on most exercises to fit your needs and fitness level.

The sessions are organized into 3 lower body workouts – 2 strength and 1 power/endurance. The recommended schedule is Monday, Thursday, Saturday to allow for proper rest and prevent overtraining.

This is an intermediate to advanced-level program, designed for individuals already training their lower body at least twice per week. To get the most out of it—and reduce the risk of overuse or injury—it’s recommended that you first build baseline stamina and strength capacity before diving into this high-volume, glute-focused training.

Yes, you will have lifetime access to the program! You can start, stop, pause, or reset the program at any time to fit your schedule and needs.

A string of unexpected injuries lead me to Dr. Jenny Brennecke. Little did I understand at the moment the tremendous impact that she would have in my life. Through Dr. Jenny’s guidance I was able to successfully rehab acute hamstring and shoulder injuries. Furthermore, through her detailed assessments she uncovered long standing chronic injuries that were severely effecting my athletic performance. Dr. Jenny has a very granular eye for detail, kind, empathetic, intelligent & authentic. Her imprint on me has been priceless and I am forever grateful.

I suffered from back pain, shoulder pain, and ankle pain due to my age and years of inactivity. Going back to the gym to start getting in shape only aggravated the issue. I went to see Dr. Jenny Brennecke to see if she could help. I have to say that she is a miracle worker. She was able to diagnose my situation and determine the best correct course of action for me to alleviate my pain. This consisted of a combination of physical therapy and home stretching exercises. While I required several sessions with her initially, I was able to gradually scale back to occasional as needed visits. I still do my home stretching exercises that Jenny prescribed, but am now pain free and much more mobile. Although I’m an older man in age, I now feel like a young man in mobility and spirit. I can’t thank Jenny enough for the help she has given to me. I would recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy and/or mobility recovery.
