The 10-week program consists of five structured training days per week, each following a progressive plan to build strength, endurance, and consistency, along with one optional mobility session focused on joint health, movement quality, and recovery.
is a specialized form of physical therapy delivered with the hands as opposed to a device or machine. In manual therapy, practitioners use their hands to put pressure on muscle tissue and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease back pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction. This specialized form of treatment helps to reduce swelling, pain, soft tissue restrictions, mobilize joints, and restore motion and function. Consists of manual techniques such as manual traction, massage, mobilization/manipulation and lymphatic drainage.
This program is designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, ideal for those already working out 5–6 days per week. It offers a dynamic mix of advanced strength, endurance, and functional exercises to push your limits while keeping your workouts varied and engaging. However, you don’t need to complete every workout each week to see results—this plan is flexible, allowing you to progress at your own pace while still challenging your body and helping you break through plateaus.
For this program you will NOT need access to gym machines – you will only need barbells, dumbbells, a box or workout bench, foam roller, resistance bands (long and short loop) and TRX straps. However, if you have limited access to equipment there are exercise alternatives so you can still participate.
